On 27 May, a special certificate ceremony was held at the Israel Patrick Iyambo Police College in Windhoek, marking the successful completion of the first Portuguese Language Course for officers of the Namibian Police (NAMPOL).

A total of 25 officers received their certificates during the event, which forms part of the cooperation protocol signed between Namibia and Portugal.

The certificates were handed over by His Excellency, Ambassador Rui Carmo, in recognition of the officers’ dedication and commitment to language learning and to strengthening bilateral ties.

This initiative represents a meaningful step forward in enhancing communication and collaboration between our countries.

No passado dia 27 de maio, teve lugar, no Israel Patrick Iyambo Police College, em Windhoek, a cerimónia de entrega de certificados do primeiro Curso de Língua Portuguesa dirigido a agentes da Polícia da Namíbia (NAMPOL).

Um total de 25 agentes recebeu os seus certificados durante a cerimónia, realizada no âmbito do protocolo de cooperação assinado entre a Namíbia e Portugal.

Os certificados foram entregues por Sua Excelência, o Embaixador Rui Carmo, em reconhecimento do empenho e dedicação demonstrados pelos formandos na aprendizagem da língua portuguesa e no reforço dos laços bilaterais.

Esta iniciativa representa um passo importante no fortalecimento da comunicação e da cooperação entre os dois países.
